These competitive grants are funded by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. To download the RFP or for proposal instructions, click on the grant level that interests you: $500-$5,000All projects must focus on children in the age range from birth to grade three and must be aligned with the state's direction to help every child to achieve high standards and to read at grade level by third grade. Proposed projects must include a strong collaborative partnership within the community including early childhood organizations and elementary schools.
