Vision

Quality Human/Brain Development classes will be given by well-trained instructors to all students before graduation and offered to present parents assuring understanding of early development, and the importance of bonding, and acquisition of communication skills while recognizing this education is a life-long process. |

Our families will know that they are supported throughout the community and will find that support of value and accessible to all. |
| • |
Policy makers will understand the importance of early childhood and brain development and will make decisions supporting children and families based on that knowledge. |
| • |
Children will have the best opportunities possible for healthy and enriching growth and development in a loving, supportive, safe environment where the entire community is always working collaborative to better that support. |
| • |

Our Play and Learn Groups provide an interactive environment for young children and their parents and/or caregivers to play and learn together. These groups offer parents and caregivers the opportunity to share ideas and concerns, and to learn from each other. Our Keiki Contacts (leaders) are knowledgeable about the health, protection and developmental needs of children. They meet weekly with parents and caregivers to answer their questions, make referrals to resources and provide follow-up with the participants.
