Dana Davidson, PhD
University of Hawai`i RepresentativeDana received her BS in Elementary Education from Northwestern University, a Masters in Early Childhood Education from Peabody College of Vanderbilt University, and a PhD in Early Childhood Education from Claremont Graduate University. She is currently a professor at the University of Hawai`i in the department of Family and Consumer Sciences.
Dana has received the ACE Freshman Instructor of the Year award, the PACT Board of Directors Community Service Award, and the UH Regents’ Medal for Excellence in Teaching. Her community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors for PATCH and as a member of the Hawai`i State Lieutenant Governor’s Methamphetamine Task Force.
