HCYC - Hoolaulima No Na Keiki Awards

Good Beginnings will not be holding the Ho’olaulima No Na Keiki Awards Dinner and Ceremony this spring. We are looking forward to an event in 2008.

2006 Event Highlights

The 9th Annual Hoolaulima No Na Keiki Awards ceremony was held Friday, March 31 at the Pacific Beach Hotel. It was a spectacular evening filled with fun and laughter. The audience was enthralled as the young ladies of the Halau Hula Olana floated through the aisles spreading love and aloha with every sway and gesture. Emcees Wally Amos and Mike Fahey kept the evening flowing along smoothly while managing to interject a little levity at the most opportune moments.

This year's Hoolaulima sponsors were Clear Channel Hawaii, Xerox Hawaii, and Education Works. Many local businesses also supported this magnificant evening. A warm "Mahalo Nui Loa" to all our sponsors for their generous donations. Amazing door-prizes were raffled at the end of the evening and goodie bags and early learning materials were given to the participants. Your generous donations, along with much hard work contributed by staff and partners, made the evening a complete success.
