HCYC - The Registry The Hawaii Careers With Young Children Registry is a statewide program of the Good Beginnings Alliance that documents the qualifications of people who work in the field of early care and education. The Registry will help to provide recognition to practitioners based upon their documented training, experience, and professional achievements. This new procedure will also provide directors and administrators with a more comprehensive profile of the ECE staff at their facilities and could be utilized as a guideline when considering promotions and compensation.
